Overview

Take your instrumentation career to the next level! Our 6 week course will give you the knowledge and hands-on practice you need to hire in as a Certified Instrument Technician.

Class includes internationally accredited certification for Instrumentation, and also hands on and knowledge based exams. Study material, knowledge exams, and drawings for interpretation is included in the course fee.

FAQs

Do I need to bring anything to class?

Tools will be provided including hand tools, power tools, meters, and calibration equipment. You may want to bring a notebook and pen for taking notes.

Will you provide study materials?

The course includes classroom time as well as hands-on instruction. In addition, we have study guides and quizzes you can use on your phone or computer to study at home.

Students will also be given access to our private class Discord chat, where you can connect with instructors and classmates to ask questions.

What if I don't pass the exams?

The hands-on portion of the exam is ongoing, and the instructors will evaluate you and make corrections when necessary. We don’t leave any student behind and will keep workiing with you until you have a full understanding and are able to complete the hands-on portion.

The Knowledge exam is a proctored online test, administered by a Certified Evaluator and will be taken at our facility. If you don’t pass, you will be given the opportunity to retest after 24 hours, but you will have to pay for an additional test fee.

Payment Options

Flexible payment options are available! Put $500 down on our main website to hold your seat and then pay 5 weekly payments of $500, or choose your payment and pay over time with Affirm.

Class must be paid in full before graduation, no refunds once class begins.

Requirements

Students should have 1 year of plant experience, preferably as an instrument fitter or helper

Long pants required, other PPE will be provided.
